Bodhi was a little unsettled during outfit changes, which is completely normal during a newborn photoshoot. His mums had already shared that he preferred being clothed or swaddled, so we slowed the pace and followed his lead. Allowing time for feeds, cuddles, and reassurance often results in the most natural images.

4. Using white noise to help him settle

Newborn skin changes are completely normal and very common during the first few weeks. Through careful lighting, gentle posing, and professional editing, Bodhi’s natural features were preserved while creating a polished, timeless final gallery.

All wraps, blankets, and props are provided in the studio, so parents don’t need to bring anything with them. Bodhi did have a small healing rash on his face, which is very common in newborns.
